Probably was my last chance to own one these bad boys (Sucks)
No problem with other orders so far Wtf has the ban started?

That is a strange one. Not sure what to make of it other then Tenda screwed up and does not want to admit it... But I can't see the advantage of doing that.

ya that is very odd have you asked the other dealers that have strings here? several of them sell that particular firearm might be worth checking G4C, firearms outlet and wolverine all sell them too

In the same boat, I also have a 5911### initiated June 4th in Ontario from Tenda even, still no approval yet. I am guessing it should be soon now though.
 
Initiated on 24 Jun 22 by an Ontario Retails store and Transfer was approved on 15 Sep 22. by the CFO Office. I live in Alberta, so it's almost a 3 month process. Done deal now though, just waiting for the goods to arrive via Canada Post.

Nothing to do with Ontario. AB CFO approved this. Most Ontarians are still waiting for 2-3 June purchases.
Consider yourself lucky. Next time follow up sooner with the retailer.
You can check when it was submitted on your approval form.
 
My experiences thus far:
5894### ordered May 31, initiated June 1, approved August 18.
5906### ordered June 2, initiated June 3, approved September 19.
appears to be over 12,000 transfers initiated in 2 days.
Hoping I see my September 1 order sometime next year...

I've wondered about this. Correct me if I'm wrong but normally the police would do some follow up if guys were buying large quantities of restricted over short periods. I suppose that has probably been much more difficult now with tons of people panic buying.

I remember hearing the Ontario CFO talk about this a couple of years ago. They would flag purchases of four of the same models, or multiple purchases of inexpensive handguns (I'm not sure if there was a number). This was done to identify straw purchases/those that were purchasing to resell. I fully suspect that with this new madness, they may need to revisit this criteria.

I had purchased two restricted back in January. They were approved and in my possession (~4wks). Then had three more awaiting transfers when I was flagged. After waiting about 5 weeks the store told be to call the CFO. To which they told me I was flagged. Not sure if they were ever going to call me or just keep me waiting. I sent them pics of the ones in my possession. They released the other three the same day.
