Transfer Times

Has anybody been able to reach the BC CFO using their extension code (9530)? Few members reported having their transfers approved over the phone using that extension but every time I call it tells me that the CFO office is closed.

got one approved this morning the last one finally. 25 min including the chat. now the wait for shipping.

I'm getting disconnected when i try the 9530 extension... not sure if i am doing anything wrong with 1 of 2 messages:
- they are closed, and it hangs up
- they cannot take my call, and it hangs up

So i call the 4000 number, hit 1 for english, hit 1 if i know the extension then enter 9530
Is that how you accessed their lines? Did you have to try multiple times as well?

EDIT - ok yeah i just kept retrying and got through to hold and speak to an agent
was on hold for about 25 minutes before someone pickedup
after they took my call i just gave them the reference number (with info verification) and they went straight to work by putting me on hold for a few minutes
and then approved and got the approval notice directly in my email on the spot

has anybody had any luck getting through to the ontario CFO at extension #7503? it rings then a voice automated message just says they are all busy and it will not let you stay on hold

They very rarely answer the phone, they listen to messages though.
I left a voicemail once for an Post office ATT with every bit of info they needed and I got the ATT in my email the next morning

Try 7513, it worked for me for a few times :) A lady usually picks up the phone, but I don't think she would rush the transfer as I tried a few times already. CFOON told me that they are not allowed to rush transfers for anyone. Also a quick note that my next transfer is 5934###, and I was told over the phone today that this reference has been assigned to an officer and it will be processed later today :)))
