Okay, I’ve finally found something on movement of private transfers. Hopefully things speed up in this regard; I’m waiting on one from July 9.

Based on my purchase numbers, I guesstimate the 599’s started maybe August 17 or 18….

I know my purchase dates and dates entered into the system are different. Some retailers having more of a gap than others depending on how much manpower they threw at it.
