Clay has always gone above and beyond to provide the best customer service, and it hasn't changed from the days when he was working out of his garage by himself, to now when he has a nice big shop with a dozen or so employees.

I completely agree with you on his service. I purchased my first firearm from him in 2012 and we have dealt about 6 or 7 more since then. Always great service and great staff!

Spank, your decision has inspired me ! if I don't find what I'm looking for in NB next week I\ve convinced my wife that I should order the same combo from Joel etchen's (through Prophet). She says we should drive to the store so I can pick the wood I like best !!! Might I ask you the imports costs etc (Just wondering about a ballpark figure so she won't have sticker shock !!).

And in the 70's it was $2000 new list price! Think about that! 5.5x the price of an 1100!! A new MX8 today will run you about 12,000 US!
