Trenton 2 Day M14 Clinic 15/16 March 2014

Well my M14 lovers...

It's with great regret :( that we have to cancel the entire clinic including the Saturday session. The club president suffered a death in the family and cannot be there to sort things out when we use the clubhouse/ classroom. Like in life (I am a Religion Teacher...) many things are way out of our control and this cancellation is another metaphor of life (really philosophical, eh?) :cool:

ACTUALLY, I found the silver lining in the "cloud".... M1 Garand Clinic 30 March Sunday at BRRC ! :dancingbanana:


I will be arranging refunds for the total amount you have sent me. Let's do this... I need your email address for the EMT refund and we will move forward from there.

Please PM me and tomorrow, I will get working with the EMT (electronic paperwork). Something good will come out of this; even if it ain't apparent, YET! :)

Darn, was really looking forward to this weekend, bu c'est la vie. Condolences to the club president.

That's a shame all around.

I'll be out of town on 30 March.

When else do you have something in mind for Ontario. I'm EXTREMELY keen to make it out to one of these clinics and get this thing working properly.

Hey Barney, that's too bad, sorry for the gentleman's personal loss. Please let us know the next time there's an M14 clinic in Eastern Ontario. Ottawa, Petawawa, Trenton, Kingston - lots of M14 owners in those areas I imagine!

Thanks for all your patience and understanding. I will be sitting down today to sort out the refunds after sorting out the few of you who told me you would love to attend the M1 Garand clinic. Yes we can have M14 rifles at the Garand clinic and tighten them up at BRRC also. Either way let's get you out to your first clinic since I cannot tell how my clinic schedule I'll look over the summer and fall with my departure from the high school classroom.

I will be switching jobs but I am not sure exactly where so my clinic schedule for the fall is rather unpredictable. :) but what I do have to do is hook you kind folks up with your clinic fees. If you have not already sent me a PM with your name and email address please do so. The password is still hungry; my old CGN handle.

Admit it...you love BRRC! But I can't make it because you got me hooked on CQB with your last clinic here, and my son and I are going to another clinic at CF Borden that day. Can't wait for Tim to yell at us, but I will miss you laughing at me for sure. But, this time I will have an AR and not the T97.

You are gonna learn a lot with the TimK Foo. Keep an open mind and remember the stuff I taught you.

I still have spaces left for the M1 Garand clinic. :D

Almost all the monies have been refunded. PM me with your email if we have not done the refund for the Trenton M14 clinic we had to cancel. Things all work out.

I'm into the shooting season now since I am also the Match Director for the Precision Rifle matches hosted by the ORA at CFB Borden. :D

My M14/ M1 Garand clinic season slows down and CQB & Precision Rifle shooting seasons ramp up! I hate to bug people but when I get a clinic going in the GTA, if you snooze, ya lose! :cool:

Keep checking back in this sub-forum and I hope I can get more point men and gun clubs to host me for a day or two this coming fall..
