I am not condoning the hunters actions just want to maker sure that all your bases are covered if you confront them?
Outside of the TPO, you are required to carry written permission for the property you hunt (If you are not the property owner). Most people disregard this, but you are legally responsible to prove in writing you have permission to hunt a property you do not own.
Secondly, these particular hunters have been verbally warned by the property owner also.
