I now have 2 Jewel Benchrest triggers on rifles and they are EXCELLENT ! I see Jewel has Gone out of Business now .
Still haven’t bought a Bix n Andy yet but I will some time Soon . RJ
I believe the TT my son had was around 5 to 7 ounces but I will have to ask him.How light of a pull can you get a Trigger Tech? How does it compare to a Jewel target trigger?

I run 4 oz on both models as close as I can measure . Very Light . RJHow light of a pull can you get a Trigger Tech? How does it compare to a Jewel target trigger?
Are you asking about over travel? The two stage trigger tech Diamond - when the trigger breaks, how far is a wall beyond?
Does is stops right there at break or the blade still have travel like 1mm or 2mm?
With my BR air rifles I got used to a adjustable trigger pads... I can adjust the pull length, the height, also the L-R angle on pressure pad.

Yes, over travel. I would like to have a slightly more over travel when the trigger sear breaks, I don't want the full solid wall right at that point. Are you asking about over travel?
That is adjustable on most triggers these days.
Many match triggers are adjustable for length of travel and shoe shape and height

how do you know all this ? when you have NEVER shot any brand of LW target trigger ? you just Think you want this ? lol RJWhat I would like to see in a target trigger:
- pulling through the first stage spring,
- touch the second stage,
- break the second stage sear, (this where people measuring the force)
- and the finger keeps moving from inertia,
- touch the back wall somewhere beyond 1-2-3 mm = this is a follow through after the shot.
Since I am buying a new trigger I don't really care what Brand and Model, but to have these features. Any pressure point on the trigger blade itself is a bonus.
Just read some of his other nonsense posts about reloading, his target rifle tripod? Project…… the list goes on, if anything it’s entertainmenthow do you know all this ? when you have NEVER shot any brand of LW target trigger ? you just Think you want this ? lol RJ

I have always run Jewell 1 oz benchrest triggers. I had them on every F/Bench gun I ever had. Their absence is felt deeply.I now have 2 Jewel Benchrest triggers on rifles and they are EXCELLENT ! I see Jewel has Gone out of Business now .

Like Cat says shape isn’t a big concern But VERY LIGHT AND CRISP is !![]()
I like my TT s a lotI've fired a lot of different triggers. Ones I'm fond of for precision shooting include the Triggertech Diamond and the Tikka set trigger, while over in the .22 world the Kidd two-stage and the Anschutz trigger are nice. Over on the other extreme would be some solid beasts of triggers, but if you're action shooting then something that won't AD under you can be a very positive feature.
Lightest set trigger I ever had was on a Valmet 412 over and under in 308 I owned at one time. Once set, when you touched it, it fired. Traded it for Uberti S&W Schofield in 45. Have a few others, but none that easy to trip. - danI like my TT s a lotnever had a tikka set but did have a CZ rifle with a set trigger and it was VERY Nice .

I think mine is on my 8.15X46R Haenel.Lightest set trigger I ever had was on a Valmet 412 over and under in 308 I wonder at one time. Once set, when you touched it, it fired. Traded it for Uberti S&W Schofield in 45. Have a few others, but none that easy to trip. - dan
