Looking at upgrading my trigger and the TriggerTech trigger looks interesting. I know they have had a recall but that doesn't concern me as I will be buying new. What is the collective wisdom from those that have tried/use them.

I'm familiar with Timney but always considering alternatives.

Thanks,

Eric

I love mine. Easy install and very quick adjustment without removing the trigger.

Edit; mine is in my heavy barrel AR, I don't have experience with the 700 trigger.

I love it, have one in my 700 Remington, great trigger (post recall) easy install and easy adjustment. I purchased mine direct from the company and they gave me a military discount. Also I do like to buy Canadian whenever I can.

Awesome trigger, both before the recall and after. The recall was easy to deal with and service was quick. I Would buy again

I actually don't like the zero creep trigger, bugs me that there is no take-up or creep at all. Other than that, great trigger.

I've got a Standard TT on my .308 and a Special on my new switch barrel rig. The Standard breaks cleanly and has been perfectly reliable for the 3500 rounds I've put on that rig since last spring. It has the regular curved blade. The Special that I have has only seen 100+ rounds so far. It has the flat blade, which I find I much prefer as I run a chassis. I've found that I can only adjust it down to about 1.25lbs though and have it function reliably, any lower and it occasionally fails to function. At this setting though it breaks just as clean as the Standard.

I tried a buddy of mine's Huber 2-stage trigger and I'll be ordering one of those. Awesome feeling trigger and I've always been a fan of 2-stage triggers.

I've only got two, one on s 700 and another on a Defiance. There's going to be a lot more. The triggers have different feel to them, which although it's hard to put into words I'll just call solid. Even the feel of flipping the safety on and off tells you that you actually have something this time. Contrast that to some others that leave you wondering why you bothered.

I've got to get one for my crossbow. That thing is brutal to a rifle shooter.

Happy with mine. I agree with Dogleg about having a different feel to them (good).

I used mine (regular TT trigger) for 3 seasons of FTR competition.

I have several TriggerTech triggers on 700 Remington rifles. They are superb
and I noted the solid feel as well. More will be installed this year. Dave.
