Trying to decide between Aimpoint and Eotech

I own both. If you want something useful, get the Eotech. The Aimpoint are not bright enough to be seen on a sunny day.
I know Eo's are effing expensive, but you'll feel better than wasting $100 on useless garbage.

I am willing to bet that you don't actually own both. Especially if you got an aimpoint for $100. You most likely had a knock-off aimpoint.
My real aimpoint can be seen no problem on sunny days and it certainly wasn't anywhere close to $100.

Absolutely!!!

I have 2 Aimpoint H1's and they cost around $600 each. Both work fine at all light levels. He must have a fake if it was $100 and doesn't work in daylight. That sounds typical of fakes...
 
There is a great amount of choice w.r.t Aimpoint RDS, makes it so hard which one to choose for an AR15 esp. since can only look at pictures. Would the Micro be preferable to a Comp or whatever? Thanks.

I prefer the micro just because it is smaller & lighter weight
