Turkey guns

Mossberg 935 fitted with a Choate pistol grip stock and a 24” turkey barrel with a Tru-Glow turkey choke. As 4n2to mentioned, these Mossbergs with the .775 barrels throw incredible patterns

Is your 935 a dedicated turkey gun? My 935 started out as a waterfowl. Then I aquired a 24” rifled cantilever barrel in the same max 4 pattern. I had my eyes open for the 24” turkey barrel for a while, but learned that the turkey barrels were never offered in Advantage Max4 camo so I settled for one in Mossy Oak breakup. As for the choate stock, I reached out to Mossberg to see if it was available in Advantage Max 4 and was told to order through Grech Outdoors. Well Grech was unresponsive so I ordered a black synthetic stock from Mystic Precision for a fraction of the cost and gave it the camo job it now wears myself. Its not pretty on the eyes with the different camo patterns, but its a hell of a comfortable turkey gun

yep, only use it for Turkey's in the spring. bought it used a few years back with the mossberg turkey choke and swapped it out for the jelly head choke and threw on a rail and red dot. was thinking of picking up a cantilever rifled slug barrel for it but don't want to take the trs-25 and rail off to throw on a slug barrel. I have enough slug guns at the moment anyway.
it's heavy, but it's a great turkey gun. throws a wicked pattern as well.
