How is the wood fit and finish on yours. Mine is amateur hour to the max, thankfully the rest of the gun is pretty good.
They don't have children making these guns, men and women pissed off with their lives with hand saws, sure yeah. I'm keeping my gun regardless, it works.
Maybe we should all just stop buying anything from china, including you. I mean since shipping billions of tonnes of useless #### across the ocean, polluting and killing along the way on hundreds of thousands of container ships and all.
Get off your high horse will ya, I was just asking a simple phucking question.
No, you asked a simple phucking question followed by a statement that your's was amateur to the max. Perhaps they should have imported some exotic hardwood for this particular batch of rifles since they knew they were shipping to North America.
Sure, stop buying from China, if you want high quality you don't go to the cheapest place you can get something built, especially when it's a chinese designed and manufactured firearm.
We buy millions of tonnes of useless crap because it's cheap and it's why it doesn't last and we keep buying the same useless crap to replace the old broken crap we bought a year ago.
You really think people in China all hate their lives? Maybe you should take a vacation there. I was there a few years ago and didn't get the feeling from anyone I interacted with that they were miserable slaves to the state. They all had jobs and purpose and were very friendly. I didn't get the feeling they were any more miserable than we are here.
No high horse, just tired of all the complaining in every f'n thread about the T-81, what did you guys think you were buying for $1000? It's a cheap rifle barely better than an SKS, we paid more because it's new to our market and looks AKish. If people had said no to pre-order and just waited for them to get here to order one they would have been $600-$700 which by the way is what I think they'll cost in a couple years if they continue to import them.
I paid $1000 for mine and know that I paid more than it's "worth" but I don't regret the purchase, my rifle functions perfectly and I've started modifying it to make it work better for me. I hated the sights but instead of complaining I just modified them, I didn't like the grip so I bought an AK grip and modified it to work. If you don't like the wood then do something about it.
How about instead of complaining all the time, why don't some more people start posting pics and posting range reports like we used to do on CGN?
All I've seen since I gave up posting pics because they just get buried under 5 pages of complaining is pics of guys trying as hard as they can to show a slightly bent rifle.
Just get out there and shoot them, you don't get perfect from a rifle like this.
