People keep forgetting there was no promised delivery date, TI has not lied or fell through on anything. The conspiracy theories and speculation of a few only make it seem that way, and everyone's all fired up over nothing...they are obviously working on it, cause people are getting notices. It's easy to say you could do better from the side lines...

Yah I agree there is better ways they could've handled the known situation. But who really knows their actual situation? For all we know they could have the sea can in someone's back yard and sorting things out on a kitchen table lol. In that case their doing good given the situation haha. But no one really knows do we.
I don't think you are far off. Not a kitchen table, but some people seem to think they had a large warehouse to unload the whole sea can at once. I doubt that very much. Probably have enough space to unload a few at a time, process them and repeat.

Impossible! The folders never made it into Canada! TI got shorter on them and they were doing a big cover up by saying they were shipping fixed stock orders first!!

Maybe they didn't lie but then they sure DID mislead. Making projecting on spring then summer then fall then next year. When judging by the proclaimed fact they said they had to wait to piggyback the order on a military order or they wouldn't have got it at all.
Tells me they had no idea when these were going to show up and were going on pure speculation and kept feeding the masses excuse after excuse in order to fund their project.
I know there is always someone with a dumb comment like "you didn't have to do it "or "you could get a refund". Anyone with half a brain already knows this so save your time typing.
I'm just pointing out that lying and misleading run a very close line. That's imo why some people are getting frustrated. I personally try to keep my exposure to the ridiculous drivel of the other threads minimal.
I'm in this for the long haul the sooner it ends the better.

To be frank, they easily made over $500k profit on this deal after mags and accessories are factored in. How hard would it have been to lease enough space for a week or so to ship in a timely manner to a logical plan?
