Several reasons.
First, I might be in Florida that weekend :)
Second, you should have looked at the stages I sEnt you. One of them has steel at 8m, which is illegal in Canada.
So I was waiting response from the match director Vladislav Zbaranskyy zbarik@gmail.com

Oh, and it is probably an Ukranian postal match, not Russian. :)

Do you honestly think I would put up this post without looking at the stages? Really? Honestly?>

:slap:

Please show me the LAW that says so?

There is a CFO "POLICY"...........but my good man. that Applies to HANDGUNS anyway.

So here is another one.

So am I...............but a brief one but need more details on how we handle scoreing etc

Well you all have that funky writing!

Meanwhile...............thanks for bringing it to my attention! If you had not done that we would not even be having this conversation.

This doesn't specify handgun or something else. http://ipsc-canada.org/exemption_letter.pdf

PSST.........that is not law either.

Not to mention I am not responsible for errors made by others.........

You might imagine that as Match Director for IPSC Shotgun matches at EESA for the past 10 years I might have already had a conversation with the CFO on this very subject.....

Well that would be only if I were a competent MD I guess.

Ok, more important than what is/isnt law....

How does one secure a spot in this postal match being put on by EESA?

Well we now have a range so we have a postal match.

It turns out the event is being organized in the Ukraine.

I am going to drop into the local Ukrainian club tomorrow to have them translate the instructions.

But.........barring anything extraordinary we will be shooting this postal match on April 17th

I will put it on IPSC matches shortly.

That would be great.

I need to know how we are scoring. I assume WINMSS as I see that name mixed in with all the other funky characters.

But do I send the raw scores?

Do I send the match files?

Any help in that department would be great.

Did Vlad sent you any additional details? If so, please forward it to me. The only email I saw was one I forwarded to you. It only included stage diagrams and procedures.
