ultimate Yote gun? 223? 204? 22-250?

I use a 222 or switch over to a 22-250 when yotes start to hold up at 300 plus. Hunting partner went to a 20 tactical...basically a 204... I have to say the 20 calibres kill like nothing I have ever seen. 22-250's, 243,etc shoot through them and many times they run or spin and yulp for a few seconds. With the 20's the yotes just pile up and twitch a bit.

Try using 52gr Speer HP Varminters in your 22-250 they do not shoot thru.

Hey "Pyd" :

You have a lot of presumptions about a guy you don't know. I did fairly well last year calling bush mutts so I guess I did get the T.V. off a few times. A few average ones and 3 over 50 lbs . .

As for it being true cause I saw it on T.V. If he shoots a mutt and I see it run away and he say's it was shot with a .204 that would lead me to believe it probably happened. As I just saw it.

Don't worry its probably just a matter of time till you get your own T.V. show . Then I'll definitely take all your advice. Cause I saw it on T.V.

Do not leave out the .222 Remington cal. It also makes a good critter gun....I push my .222- 55 gr loads out at over 3100 fps and my .223 at about 3200....both are great for distances also.
