Well, guess that answers my question about contacting them…. I’ve phoned the number on the website several days in a row with no answer. I’ve also emailed them. Nothing. So far, this company seems inexcusably inaccessible. I think their products are on my sell/do not buy in future list. Accurate yes, but bad service (or no service) is inexcusable.

They have barely been able to ship any Defacto's.. hope they aren't starting yet another new project.
