Ultimatum contact

I found they answered emails or calls when I ordered mine a few years ago. Too bad they are tough to reach now because I really like my sa deadline.

They might just be super busy trying to get the Diablo online and short staffed with Covid and flooding.
I love my Deadline and and will be buying a Deuce in the future.

Not much excuse for not communicating with customers, and not a very sustainable business practice.

I image if they keep this practice up, there won't be an opportunity for you to by a Deuce in the future.

Well, guess that answers my question about contacting them…. I’ve phoned the number on the website several days in a row with no answer. I’ve also emailed them. Nothing. So far, this company seems inexcusably inaccessible. I think their products are on my sell/do not buy in future list. Accurate yes, but bad service (or no service) is inexcusable.

I found the same.

They missed the mark on communication. They need an ultimatum.

Plenty of great action manufacturers out there that will actually pick up the phone.

Not a huge loss if that's how they want to conduct business.

Haha I am not surprised. I pulled my deposit after over a year of missed B.S. launch dates for the defacto. It was funny I left messages for a couple days, then within an hour after I left a message asking for my money back I got an email confirming the money was returned to my CC. So he does listens to the calls, he just doesn't think you are worth responding to. This guy is a POS, the liberal government has more transparency than the way ultimatum is run.

This is not new. I had a similar experience with them. Got in on the Black Friday deal 2020, respected the 6 week lead time. Attempted to follow up after repeatedly, phone calls, emails. Did the facebook message thing, posted on here as well. It took me weeks. I did finally come a cross a secondary number just by fluke I and spoke to the rep a few times Tried to find it for you but I don't have it any more, I did finally receive my action in May 2021. Great action, however I will go with a different maker in the future.

I feel your pain.

Well, I gave up trying to contact deadline after 4 emails and a half dozen phone calls and a few voice messages. Just went to a local machine shop and ordered the part I need to be made. They’ve made a very loyal never customer for life. I can’t imagine a worse company to deal with, and I’ll tell anyone who will listen not to deal with them. So disappointing for a company that’s relatively local to me.

A friend ordered a barreled action over a month ago. Not a single point of contact. Multiple email/voice mail inquiries Re; ETA unanswered. Pretty piss poor CS and communication.

I met one of the Ultimatum guys at the German IWA trade show a week ago. If I understood right there were some internal changes but all seems go.
