UNG-12 Bull Pup from Wolverine?

I think TI is playing a dangerous game.

If they do come back restricted or even prohib the manufacturer could likely stick them with the guns anyhow.

Unless it was agreed upon that the classification was a condition of the final sale, but doesn't sound like this Uzkon would ever agree to that by the tone of that email.

What happens when TI can't pay back the preorders?

They will most likely turn it over to some US distributors to cash out holding money.

Nothing against TI, but I've been down this road before with the Famae. Pre-order before it's in the country. I like magazines so I was looking at 10. Due to issues with delivery, we were promised mags at cost which was $70. So I was looking at $700 in mags above the price of the rifle. Then the mags were $94/each at cost. Yes, the rifle finally came in, but by that time mags were about $107 at cost. When I added all the extras up, I cancelled the pre-order (with no problems!), and ordered a MH from ATRS, because the price was about the same

I've been promised something before, at a "great" saving, that in the end turned out to be not so great. And then I've dealt with Wolverine. When they give me a price - it's the price. It doesn't change after I've placed my order. I've dealt with them quite a bit over the years. Often enough that I've actually had a couple issues with products they've sold me. BUT, they've always backed their products and made it right.

If they are pulling all the weight on these (testing, FRT, etc) I'll be waiting until these are on their site. Then, if I can afford it, I'll be ordering from Wolverine.

It seems like Wolverine has a much better way of doing things, as for trying to keep cost around $700, you'll have my order.

in for later.

Wolverine has definitely got my confidence on this. TI definitely does not unfortunately.

Wolverine has been far more trustworthy and consistent in my experience. To the point where I won't spend a dime with TI despite how much I may want a product they sell. The BRS-99 comes to mind and as much as I want mags I'll find them some other way rather than send money to a shady business.

Gentlemen (and Ladies) the intent of my post was to set the record straight as far as Wolverine's evolvement with Uzkon and the UNG-12 shotguns introduction into Canada. Here at Wolverine we appreciate all the support offered but please stop using my page as a place to attack TI. If you have a problem with TI please contact them directly.

When these are approved and in country I'd like one, especially at that price. Haven't done too many deals with wolverine but the way you guys do business has my future business.

Thank you for the clarifications, I'm looking for a good NR semi auto scatter gun boom stick. I was hoping this would be an XTR in NR status, fell through, hopefully this works out. Either way I know more of my money is heading to Wolverine Supplies in the future.

John and the folks at Wolverine do business the right way (many purchases in the past).

Look forward to this situation resolving itself in the near future and everyone having their FN2000 looking shotgun...

Incidentally, TI have also edited the ad on their website to reflect people's concerns. It no longer claims exclusivity, and mentions that the FRT classification is still pending.

I don't mean for this to be promoting TI over Wolverine at all, it just seemed like the TI hate train was building up a little too much steam a little too quickly...

Thank you for the update. It's nice to know one way or another that we have, or will have options as comsumers.

One of the only things that made me jump on the pre order bandwagon was the availability of different colors. Do you plan on offering whatever color we want or will you only be bringing in a select few options ?

At $700 +- I'm totally down for one. Such a cool looking gun and i have a thing for semi auto 12 gauge guns that are mag fed.
Ive dealt with both companies and both have been great for me. Sounds like a fairly honest mixup due to a manufacturer VS a shady deal. But whatever, business is business... I'm just the little guy who wants cool guns at low $$'s
