Ung 12 shotgun... fail?

Who is doing the testing?

I am skeptical for sure when it comes to this type of thing.

All it would take is a person with an interest in this gun not selling to do something to the test guns.

But who knows.. I was tempted, but I do not often buy first gen.

It's not uncommon even for well known firearms manufacturers to have teething problems on new products: http://www.vpc.org/regulating-the-gun-industry/gun-product-safety-notices/

That being said, like all firearms we import we do heavy testing to ensure compliance with our standards for durability and reliability. Once we get our sample back we will proceed with our testing proceedures. If it does not comply we will be requesting changes and a revised model for a new round of testing. We won't allow import if the guns do not pass our tests

The handfull of other video's about the UNG-12 on youtube all show the opposite. They even have 10 round mags run flawless. No mention of cracked receivers or bolts ''Stucked''... weird isn't it? Only this one Russian guy has 8 out of 10 #### guns. Wow. Hope he looks both ways and left again...or do they drive right hand in Rus.? For all we know, he got his hands on discarded prototypes and is trying to sink Uzkon to sell whatever brand he's associated to. I'll wait for a trusted source to actually test some out, and if I don't like what I see, I trust TI to refund, if they havent already flushed the deal to begin with.

Doesnt surprise me a bit.... a fail just like every other Turkish designed shotgun. I dont understand why company's even bother importing this stuff into the country. A waste of resources, and the creation of bad PR.

Funny thing is I could buy 30 glock 17 pistols... very well known to be reliable.... take a torch to them and destroy the metal.... make them look new again by refinishing them... then film myself having guns break, fail to cycle, and potentially blow up....

Or in this case, replace the factory spring with one of a different tension.... and crack receivers?
Or you could mess with the gas system?
Or you could .....

you know what, I will wait until someone with a solid reputation does test.

None
Of this means much to us really considering the lab hasn't even got there hands on one to decide whether or not it's safe enough for us to own!!!

Did you invest in uzkon last year?

Video is enough for me. Won't touch this one.

Nope, not relation to Uzkon, I have never even shot one....

I dont blame you for passing, but something doesn't pass the smell test on this video.

If M.A.C. or IV8888 or NUTNFANCY or Hickok45 did a video, I would place a lot more trust in that.
Might be the same result, might not, but at least I know they are pretty balanced.

Who buys at least 10 Uzkons, modifies them to suck, refinishes them to hide the modifications, then posts a video showing how much they suck "out of the box"???

No one.

But from a balance of probability it isn't likely.

Probably not... but if these guns can't cycle a full mag, why would a company invest thousands upon thousands of dollars tooling up to produce if they couldn't even make a working prototype.

Plenty of products have been delayed due to parts they order being out of spec.
And I would not put it past one company doing something to sink another companies product.
