Your purchase may have been Aug 7 but looks like your transfer was initiated around the 19th. I have a 60053xx that was definitely initiated on the evening of the 19th or morning of the 20th.

Not sure what you mean? I update the list multiple times a day as new numbers come in.
No one here can do anything about that. By the sheet (which is simply an estimate but is pretty accurate and updated daily) and your 605###xx you should see yours somewhere between April 3 and 10th. This could be narrowed down a bit if you were to supply a few more digits.
Anyone buying a restricted that late in the game knew going in that transfers were going to take a while. In fact they are happening faster than what was initially predicted. Yours will come and it will be before summer. If you want to complain to someone the solicitor general of Ontario wild be the one to send a note to.
