Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

The CFO in Ontario is strange. It's like they don't have a procedure in place that every employee is supposed to follow to process a transfer. It's like everyone employee does it their own way. Sometimes I get emailed a copy, sometimes I don't. Sometimes the store finds out, sometimes it doesn't and I send it to the store. I've never had it physically mailed to me though.

Ok Thanks that make me feel better...well sort of. Just happy to be getting my new firearm.

Private Quebec to Ontario July 23rd to August 20th.

The Ontario CFO is under 4 weeks. I would like to see them process a transfer within a week but I am not holding my breath.

Ontario Business to private July 6th approved August 14th. I called the FAC today. The CFO never sent me an email so I sent one today as well and they got back to me within a hour or so with the confirmation form.

Not sure tbh. I had 2 friends who took the class at the same time in December. One submitted it in January the other in February and both have yet to hear anything, its been almost 8 months. They wanted to have it in time for a camping trip in September but its not looking like that's going to be the case the year.

I was hoping somebody in here would have had any info on whats going on with the PAL approval process whether it is on hold or not.
