Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

Rate has changed so much, that dates are no longer accurate in a goodway. We are seeing 1000 increase in a day, average of 300 ontario transfer per day !!! Seems like cavalry has arrived from OPP to help CFOWith current rate we should see June 4th transfers starting in few days.
I wonder if they started doing batch transfers.
I saw one person with two approveds separated by 1000 but both approved on the same day.
I didn't get the batch transfer. 2 June 3rds but only notification for 1 so far today. And a June 4th, but its 6,792 different from my first on the 3rd. Plus my other 3 later ones.
I have confirmation batch transfers are happening on occasions, but not on regular basis. Not sure on what condition, I was not lucky.

2hr difference and roughly 200 done in that time frame

The Ontario CFO is most certainly the problem. In part, because they are understaffed. In part, because they don't care. In part, because they decline to do the obvious things necessary to make it all go faster.
When the CFO is the office that approves transfers and has been chronically backlogged for 2-3 months going back years when other CFOs were approving transfers in minutes, it is absurd to suggest the CFO is not the problem.
This. Along with ridiculous change resistance to efficiency measures used in the other provinces, like batch transfers.

I’ll give my transfer info here as well for your chart.
59290xx was initiated end of day June 10th (around 1600 EST) but I see this number falls in your June 11 window.
59765xx was July 25th (not sure time of day)
And 60260xx is Setpember 7th ( around 1500 EST)

Thanks, your june 10 could be correct, I have some conflicting data around 1000 number somewhere, could be due to timezone issue, as I am not sure if RCMP data is based on EST timezone vs CFO ON that is based on EST. As always this is all an approx, lets hope the current rates continues and we all get our transfers soon.
