These marks on an otherwise outstanding specimen will no doubt detract from it's value in a sale.

The numbers are ngraved neatly , just ahead of the buttplate on the buttsock, running parallel to the buttplate.
And lightly electro pencilled on trigger guard, scope bracket and magazine.
