(UPDATED) Colt IUR with Norinco Lower vs T97

The ones giving you a hard time probably own a t97 and have buyers remorse after seeing this. Don't take it personally.
 
30 yard 2 inch group but 100 yard 3 inch group?

Doesn't add up, would be 6+ inches on the same shots

Also using 55 grain doesn't help much from the 1:7 Norinco. Try some 69-77 grain and see how it does
 
30shots.... As fast as you can.... 5 on 50 yards mag change... 5 on 100 yards mag change 5 on 200 yards.... Than run to 200 yards do 20 push-ups.... Run back to 0 line and fire 5 at 200 5 at 100 then 5 at 50.....Bipod prone or bipod bench....With steel plates on....ready at 0900.....
 
UPDATE----- T97 went back to dealer for factory repair or replacement.

-Started to burst fire
-Accurary turned into 3in at 30 yards
-Dealer said this is the 4th one since the Hollidays
 
I've read this thread and was trying to stay away from it.

My T97 likes my 60 grain hornady reloads at just over 1" groups at 50 and 2.25" at 100.

I think it really depends on what ammo you are using. American Eagle works well, Norc ammo is not so good.
