US Military to purchase 2.5 Million rounds of Russian 7.62 x 39 mm ball ammo

Lol wow did this thread go sideways! So should i stock up or what?!? I love my sks but if its gunna cost a buck a round to shoot there are other rifles id rather be shooting!

It's a non-perishable non-depreciating product. It's good economics to keep a reserve, like discontinued parts for your pickup, DEET mosquito repellant, screw-in fuses for your shed, incandescent light bulbs for your chicken coop, DDT in case of an epidemic, a can of paint from the same batch for touchups.

Strange how you'd take this "peaceful" approach, yet have a "warning shot" pic below your posts... Why would a responsible sport shooter need to provide a warning shot??? And why would someone who would not provide a warning shot question me about what Luke 22:36 means? Is the PC mask you wear put on to ward off CBC investigative journalists?? Or do you guys just play macho and then wet yourselves at the thought of having to one day deliver?
