I was just poking around on the EGW website and saw that they offer their Savage rimfire rails in either 0 or 20 MOA versions. Out of curiosity, what are the uses of the 20 MOA rail for a .22?

If you start with a centered 60 MOA scope, you theoretically only have 30 MOA up adjustment. If you cant it 20 MOA, you can still shoot 50 yds, and also reach to 300 yd.
I`m really interested in long range 22, so my target gun has a Nightforce scope with something like 90 MOA adjustment, and it`s sitting on a 30 MOA cant integral rail Dlask receiver.
I've got an EGW 20moa rail, and Burris Z rings with 10 moa inserts, on my Savage. I'm using a 6500 4.5-30, zeroed at 50 and I can use crosshairs on anything 40gr can reach.
