USPSA Burlington Rifle Revolver Club

A foreign club can become a USPSA affiliate. Last time I checked, the cost was $350 USD to become affiliated, but you didn't have to submit sanction fees per competitor for your matches.

Not sure what you meant by sanction fees, but I am pretty sure you still have to pay when submitting match results. On the other hand, it is quite possible that you don't have to be a BB qualified to participate to USPSA matches.

It's been a long time since I was the USPSA contact for our club, but from what I remember reading...

USPSA clubs pay a "mission count" for each person that shoots a USPSA match (even the Level I matches). I believe it's $2 per shooter. Clubs are then entitled to submit a USPSA classifier score that month. Once a year, the club may also hold a special USPSA classifier match, for which they may submit up to 4 classifier stage scores per person.

A foreign affiliate does not have to pay the mission count fees when they submit their classifier scores.

Is Pandora's Box open? Get it? Box shooting.

Things I like.
Nice magazine, web site and 1/2 the price!
As they say in Vegas, I'm all in. Have been for a while.
I can now use my 140mm mags again!
Sorry I missed the match.
As for permission, did we not just have a match recognised in USPSA?

Just a question, so please don't chew my head off, why would we need a Regional Director's approval from IPSC to do a USPSA match in Ontario? If the club has applied to be a USPSA member and has been accepted as such, the club has every right to run a USPSA match and does not need the approval of IPSC, since the two organization are different.
I think it would be great if more clubs had both Ipsc and Uspsa, there are a lot of Canadian shooters who compete in the U.S. and have to be a Uspsa member to enter these events. More Canadian shooters could be classified here, before shooting a match in the U.S.. I think that there is room for both organizations to bloom, just my opinion.

Yes but USPSA is the only region with it's own rulebook, uses real IPSC targets, has a classification system that works and still adheres to the original IPSC Principles.

In many ways, yes, or at least a closer affiliation with USPSA. If they have their own rule book and they are still a part of IPSC I don't see why we couldn't adopt it.
