I think what most people here are trying to say is that you can inlet an aluminum chassis to the exact specs of the factory action, but when you torque down an out-of-spec action into that inletting you will have stress on the action.
Same goes for V-blocks. They can be aligned perfectly, but if there is any deviation from the factory specs in the alignment of the action, there will be stress.
Does this hurt the average shooter? Probably not. Does it hurt precision accuracy? Probably.
