Just a question .
What is the range of value for an Enfield WW2 Paratrooper / skeleton rifle .
Just curious as I have never seen one or heard speak of one before till recently

Hmmm.... are you talking about the DeLisle Carbine? Original copies are hard to find and worth quite a bit. I'm guessing north of $3000.00

Canadian and British paratroopers jumped into Normandy,June 1944 , Operation Market Garden, the landing in Holland , Sept 1944 , and Operation Varsity, the airborne landing in Germany ,March 1945 , with the No.4 rifle , except at the end of the war , when a British Airborne Division were flown into Oslo, Norway , by transport aircraft, these Para’s were armed with the No.5 rifle, I believe it might be the first time the No.5 rifle was issued in quantity

So, this may be a stretch, but during WW2 and after the Brit's trialed a few rifles as alternatives, among them were lightened No1 test beds for aluminium furniture.

Could fall into this category

Ok , check out the skeleton Enfield ad in Milsurp EE . That's almost exactly what the one I seen is like eggsept the one folds right where the butt meets the action

Could the “Tanker” version of the No4?.?

Paratrooper, not sure..
