I often will buy guns that I know nothing about, only to find out I got suckered on the deal at a later date. I will also sometimes make out good on the deal, but that is rare. Anyway a site sponsor had this gun in the EE for what I thought was a good price, so I grabbed it. Here are the particulars:
Winchester Model 70 CRF with synthetic stock, blued finish and the BOSS system installed. Chambered in 30-06.
And...it came with a 3-9 Bushnell 3500 elite scope.
The description and pictures indicate the entire setup is in mint condition. I paid $650 to my front door for the rifle and scope, did I get suckered or a deal or maybe just got a good gun for a fair price? I bought it as kind of a do it all hunting rifle and was happy that it was 30-06 as I have dies and reloading components already in that caliber (I sometimes randomly buy dies without a gun in that caliber, just because).
