Probably a 14 twist. So up to 55 grain bullets is your weight limitation. Thats the conventional wisdom but its not a hard and fast rule. If it is indeed a 14.

Would a vanguard s1 be listed on the website? Aren't they no longer made?
OP, you could always just measure yourself with a cleaning rod. Mark the rod, push it through the bore w/patch until it completes a full revolution, mark it again and then measure the space between marks.

ya, it's 1:14, thanks guys, I have a tikka t3 now that has the same twist and I was hoping the weatherby was 1:12 for bigger bullets, just looking for something that could double as a deer rifle
my tikka shoots those 50gr tsx very well
