All you need is tha make, model, serial number and caliber. Ive called them for probably 50 guns over the past years and they've never asked for a picture.

...oh and definitely call them...they are really, really backed up. Also, they only do up the letters on Fridays...

Is it true that they're not accepting anymore applications to become a verifier? I called and inquired and they said no more forms are accepted as police are doing the verifying...???

They cut out all civillian verifiers you need to own a gun busniess or be affiliated with a club

That was pretty easy. Took 3 mins, just phoned and when they make up the letter they will email it to me.

Got my letter today. I phoned in the morning to request another one and was told the computer was down for a few days. I got both today by the time I got home from work. Very nice lady too.
