Country or origin on the boxer ammo? Also, are the boxer primed rounds steel or bi-metal jacketed (i.e. can stick to a magnet)?
Wb
Surplus are usually bimetal? Can anyone confirm?
Seems kinda ridiculous doesn't it? Not surprised.just by looking at the cases and the markings, It would have been rather easy for any of the other retailers to separate the two types. Unfortunate for those that bought already
Would like to know as well
Yes they are, a magnet will stick to the bullet, not the case, but dont let it fool you, those are almost on par with match ammo for precision...
Priceless... JP.
Then it might not be range friendly, or barrel friendly then.

My concern is they are hotter than Hell. I have read posts on other forums about this ammo being rather hot.
Has anyone ran any over a Chrono? Or is there a velocity listed on the box?

They dont like match chamber, tried it in my Nemesis/ SSG3000 / Rem R-5, all 3 have hard extraction, but i tried it in my TRG-22 ( milspec chamber) and they shot well, i supposed the are on the hot side just based on this little test... JP.
