Our first shipment of Vortex scopes/optics should be here Wednesday/Thursday. :cheers:

Also in about 3 weeks we will be having a range day with the rep from Vortex. We will have most of the product line on hand for you to see and shoot with ;)

This will probably be at the Napanee range.
 
Smart move carrying Vortex. I don't need a scope at the moment but in the Future you'll hear from me. Ive owned a number of their scopes and bino's and they are great.

Was it sent back to Vortex itself? If so has he tried calling them? Vortex has one of the best warranty departments around right now. There was a member of AR15.com that had a problem like that and called up Vortex, they apologized and have a new RDS out the door the very next day.

He has called 5 times and they have acknowledged they recieved the returned scope but the scope still has not made it back to my friend yet.

Did he send it back to the Canadian warranty department in Guelph Ontario? I am not saying it is impossible, but I have never heard a complaint about the Vortex warranty program.

From what I was told about how good the warranty is, we will probably be taking care of any problems in store. Same as we do with TAG, BFG, Zakk Tools etc.

We'll just replace it and Vortex will look after us.

Any chance we will be able to check there Spotters?

I too would like to know the quality of the spotting scopes. So far if they are anywhere as near as good as the Strikefire RDS or the Crossfire scopes I'd be more than happy to buy one!
 
I'm very impressed with the quality of the Vortex optics and the warranty, otherwise I wouldn't be carrying them in the store.

Bought a Vortex impact spotting scope a few months back. It is a nice little optic for the price. Can see .22 holes plain as day at 200 meters.
