I know it's not a Vz58, but I just got my Dlask muzzle break and thought I would share some pics, as the muzzle break will fit the Vz58 and Cz858-2. First rate product. Super service...a great company to deal with.

That dark/dark camo would work wonderfully on the west coast. I guess Dlask is the logical place for Vz stuff, huh.
