VZ-58s and more...FAQs are Post 1

Q: Considering this monster thread, what do you think of the VZ-58 type rifle?

  • It is a beauty as it comes, and a must have, since it drives Libs bonkers.

  • It is best pimped out and dressed up, a far cry from an NDP convention.

  • It is true it was the first cool gun in the Cdn. market for a long while, but I'll pass.

Is there anywhere I can get a replacement removable pin for the lower handguard? My Marstar vz58 has a pin in there that can't be taken out without wrecking the pin. According to the various vz58 manuals out there, there should be a removable pin on there so that you can clean under the handguard.

You wont regret it, I did sorta when I got mine (Because of the price  )
I ended up getting a second one, bought a ####load of mags "From an Advertiser here" and parts kits as well.

hmm, i dunno man, you should go put a hundred bucks on one just to make sure you get it.

Capt canuck- when I pulled the trigger, it would not release the striker. it would trip the disconnector instead. Its in for warranty repair right now
