So I'd like to throw a side mounted scope on my CZ and I'm looking for what the best options are... pso? what mount/rail? ect.

Is off-set (to the bore) a big deal? I'm also looking for something light weight.

Those look way too high. Has anyone here managed to get a scope to sit lower?

I mounted a PK-AS to my vz with a side mounted ak rail and it is most definately not too high...it looks high but it fits good and shoots better....

Yeah. Alluding to the Obendorf/Neckar HK-USA trek. Strangedays purchased 30,000 rounds for me. It has taken this long to clean that s**t.

Do you have a hard time changing mags? - the vertical grips look awfully close to the mag. I just screwed a rail onto the lower grip, but I fear I may have moved it to far to the rear. Oh well, I'd hate to have to remove and move ahead - but, we'll see when my grip comes in.

Any further back you would have a problem.....you need enough room to tilt the mag slightly forward and then pull straight down....can do it just as fast if there was no front grip.

That is why my grip is forward. I know that vertical grip interfers with the mag.
