what foregrips/handguards are on this rifle underneath the plastic siderail cover?
If you want a straight and logical fix,So if i have ze gremlin in my rifle, who should I sent it to in order to get it fixed?
If you want a straight and logical fix,
without the nonsense tabs-welding or other BS
or any other nonsense that was perpetrated on internet,
send it to Dlask (not without talking to them first),
and they will fix it for you.
what exactly does Dlask do to fix the problem?
It all depends on how you pull the trigger, my friend. For most people it never shows up. pull bolt back, depress and hold trigger, then release bolt. If the striker follows, you have the gremlin. For most folks it will never manifest, or wont manifest until the sear spring is quite worn. Imho I would never trust my life to a rifle that has an inherent problem that just hasn't manifested yet. The only 2 permanent fixes I know of are an autosear(illegal everywhere I know of) or a tabbed carrier. Someone could redesign a trigger group to eliminate it, but it is easier to just tab the carrier.Does this "gremlin" only show up with the sporter bolt? I have the military guts in my 58 and haven't had a single malfunction yet.

What "exactly" is that he does, you have to ask him yourself, good question and also how much he charges ?
A company called D-Technik has completed testing on the vz.58 prototype in 5.56mm and it should be available in 2010. A .22LR kit for that 5.56mm rifle is also in the works.
