Q: Considering this monster thread, what do you think of the VZ-58 type rifle?

lol i'll try to get pics, but im embarrassed about my solder job lol never could work that crap the way i want it. i also changed the connector to a better fitting c clip.

it seems safe. nothing been really changed just some spaces made tighter.

this only has to work for the weekend. becuase there is no way im gonna be able to get parts that quick.

What I was trying to say was "I have a rough ideea..." , "I created a picture in my mind..." (from what others posted before) about the problem described by you.
If I had a real picture (.jpg, .gif, .bmp or so) it would be posted by now:)

It does have the dimple in receiver.


Weird gas block and gas tube, garage made, probably.
That's because the barrel and the bolt carrier (piston rod) don't match lenghtwise. It happen when you mix civilian parts with surplus.

There something fishy about the bolt carrier cover, the front and the back of it.


Molded mags, not necessary original.
