it has a chamber adapter and a barrel sleeve to make it work with 7.62 guns. 223 would just need a chamber adapter much like an AR kit.

Maybe if you permanently made sure it could not be converted back to 7.62x39 but I doubt it.

No doubt they could sell a couple (of thousand) of these here. That would be a ton of fun - a Vz with a 30 round mag (legally).

They would be at least $500 by the time they got here... I'm not sure that there is enough money to be made on these. Also, I'm unsure as to real reliability and durability.
