Waiting since 25th for processing

People, stop #####ing me out for "hating" on them, I just asked a question, I wasn't complaining, just inquiring and too busy during the day to call.

You can ping them on skype, I always had success through this channel, and chris is definitively responsive.
 
I placed my order on January 20th, got the same email saying 3 - 4 days, called after 8 days and spoke to the guy there. He told me that they were behind on processing and shipping orders and that it would be a few more days to get it out to me. I got another email on January 31 saying that my order is shipped. In the mean time I sent Canada Ammo an email adding more items to my order and they got them shipped at the same time!

I have no issues with the wait time, the prices are great so I can't complain.

I also don't think that the OP had an issue with the wait time, I think he simply thinks that they should be letting us all know that there will be an extended wait time. I agree with this.
Same here. I don't care about the processing time, as long as prices are good. I'm pilling ammo while being cheap, little by little, to match my projected acquisition.

As mentioned above, I placed my order on Jan. 23rd and got notification early this morning that it was being processed. It won't be long now.
 
Didn't feel like starting a new thread. Fwiw I ordered a crate of 5.56 on jan 10th and received it today feb 5th. That is a long time. Besides that I didn't pay for shipping. Fair enough. I must say thou, the caliber mag, targets and pen were a nice touch. Just my .02
 
Some people need to realise that there are local stores if you need it right now. Your not paying shipping, deal with a wait. One day, because of all you little whinners out there might have to pay shipping for the ammo and still have to wait. think about it.

Sorry, that was directed at the others. Not you, i did read it. That i seen you were pleased that they did respond. Its the other whinners that was aimed at. Sorry.
 
For those looking for a timeframe...my order was the 24th of Jan. (and I live fairly close to where CanAm ships from)...I just received it today. Total of 12 calendar days. No complaint at all. I'm quite happy with getting my ammo in that short of time. Thanks.
 
On the topic of processing delay and free shipping have you guys verified that you haven't been charged the $15 flat rate on orders placed sometime last week?? I'm pretty certain that when I placed my order the site still stated that orders over $100 got free shipping (hence the reason why I always make sure I buy enough stuff to satisfy that requirement). I received an order confirmation email last thursday which reflected this. However, I just received a status update saying my order has been processed but when I checked the amount it was $15 more than the previous total in the order confirmation. It shows zero in the shipping column, but $15 was added to the subtotal.
Just wondering if this is possibly a computer error due to the site update (which is totally understandable) and if it has happened to anyone else.
 
as of monday the minimum for free shipping is 200, called and confirmed

Ah ok, at least that confirms that I wasn't hallucinating. Guess the next question is whether the old policy will be honored for an order I placed a week ago prior to this recent change. I sent an inquiry, just waiting for a response.
