You cannot adjust a factory Stevens trigger to anywhere near a Tikka factory trigger... (I can tell you that from adjusting atleast 20 in the last couple years) The savage/Stevens is more "Tinkerable". As in has many aftermarket products available for it including multiple barrel/Caliber options on the same action. All you need is a savage barrel wrench, a good vise, and some go-no guages for headspacing, and you have a 15 minute switch barrel rifle...
The stevens stocks are much cheaper feeling than a T3, and are definately less rigid than a T3 stock. But the differnce is literally twice the price...
It all depends on what is more important to you as a buyer... Functionality over beauty (savage), or a bit of both (Tikka). the Tikka T3 is a much nicer looking gun than a Stevens 200 and is heavier (which IMHO, points better)
A good comparison for the T3 lite is a savage 116, or a 114 Ultra... When you start comparing apples to apples, the price difference is in 10's of dollars rather than hundreds of dollars
The Tikka bolt is much easier to use. Shorter throw, and a much much much smoother Push-pull. But... the savage action is much stronger than the Tikka,
They both have their ups and down, and neither is better than the other... Both have the ability to equally fit a niche, it all depends on what your niche is.
