Tikkas are Decent Rifles, the Triggers are Great and adjust very Easily for the Do it yourselfer (single allen screw) The Bolts glide smoothly and the single stacked magazine aids in the smooth feeding. I have never seen a Tikka that didn't shoot Greatdeer hunter said:i am going to buy a new coyote rifle.looking at tikka t3 lite ss in 22-250 but got a few questions.how stiff is the stock, what parts are made of plastic.

I have a Tikka T3 and a Stevens 200. In my opinion the Stevens 200 is an excellent buy and is as good as almost any rifle at twice the price. I would still take a T3 over a Stevens 200. While I don't think the Tikka is quite worth twice the price, in my opinion they are worth more than the asking price.prosper said:Or how about this: a Stevens 200. Cheap fugly plastic stock, 22" sporter barrel. Like the Tikka.
But like the tikka, it's very light, very accurate, good trigger if you tweak it (4 screws instead of just one). And it's half the price
