Without being rude, it isn't worth my time and effort to try and "prove it" to you. As I mentioned, I had a previous thread, showing pictures of the rifle when I was in possession of it. I'm not about to try and figure out how to show emails, or banking info etc. I purchased the rifle in November 2015 under the pretenses that it was a non refurb 1949 SKS. I paid by EMT, with a memo noting what I was sending money for, and why. I have the tracking number from Canada Post to show my return, and his receipt of the rifle (which I'm not posting as it contains both mine, and his address) I understand the concern someone may have over slander or ill will etc, but it is what it is.
The CFO took the matter very seriously and assured me they would follow up on it....The RCMP was a dead end on all fronts. Not stolen property, not fraud, not product misrepresentation, not possible firearms offences...nothing. I was told with buying anything online, its buyer beware and its up to the seller, if they are operating a reputable business to ensure their product is advertised properly....this is our legal system folks...might as well start a business saying you sell diamonds, and then ship them toilet paper....what does that say about our laws?
