Not looking for a lot of responses about would-be possible purchases, possibly warranty situations and so on, simply wish to show what dealers have to contend with, as this came in this week:
"Hi, I have a question for you
I have a Nightforce scope that I acquired second hand. Unknown to me it was NOT imported legally into Canada. I now need to take advantage of the warranty as the scope will no hold zero. Is there any way the scope could be transported to the US on your permits... then once fixed it could be sent to a US address (at which time I could either sell it stateside or have it imported legally). Any help you could provide me would be appreciated. Cheers,

To which we responded that we can't help as have to sign a Statutory Declaration with Homeland Security for goods being sent to the USA for warranty. This we gladly due for customers who have legally imported product.
Best regards,
Peter
