WC735 Recipes for 223?

Although I use that powder throughout my collection, I do not shoot a .223 so I cannot help you with recipes. However, I am sure that there will be many who will tell you that this is not a good powder for this round (even though it is a great powder, but it is surplus so it can't be any good) you really need a $35 a pound super new powder to actually get the job done.
I use it in everything from .243 and .308 to the .30-06 and .303BR, with the SKS thrown in. Nope, it is NOT the absolute best powder in all of the them, but it works well enough for me and I only have one powder on my bench, which I buy in 21lb lots.
 
Mystic Precision (on the site upper right) sent me this regarding wcc735

"WCC735 is surplus powder that is working very nicely. I am using a 'starting' load (22gr) behind a ARMSCOR 62gr FMJ in Fed brass. Works like a charm. Your rig might need more or less powder - as always, you need to work up a load.
Varget is great but for plinking, expensive. Also, doesn't work as well in a progressive."

Search this one. There is so good info using different bullet weights. That is how I have developed my loads and have had great results. I love that powder.
 
25.5grs WC 735 with 40 gr VMax or 40 Blitzking, Fed 200 Small rifle primers or CCI 400 = 3500 fps
.5 in or better 5 shot groups in my 700 VLS
