M6 Scout in 22lr / 410

$399CAN with case in "near excellent condition" at a local gun shop. There are fetching a solid 500 US on gunbroker so I think the price is right ..even a bit of a deal IMO. I'm sure I would pay more. Just saw it on their website and called in to ask them to hold it for me until Monday. They said they just put it up for sale last night. I rarely check their inventory because its so limited so I was shocked to see it listed. mmmmmmmmm finally!

congrats, welcome to the club. Is it blued ot stainless?
 
Seriously an M-6 copy in the original caliber 22lr, 22 mag. , 22 hornet / 410gwould be nice. Parkerize or stainless.

they also made a 45 colt/410g lower and a pistol ....;)
 
I guess the best combos would be one in 45colt/20ga and one in 22lr/410.
I'd be down for one of either as long as they are bead blasted SS

I don't think we'll ever see anything but .410 as far as a scattergun goes. Anything else defeats the purpose. I agree otherwise. Still no chance CanAm??
 
Not from China, since the Can market is so small. Some single gun shops in the US sell more than the whole Canadian market.

I'm just curious what your beef was with it. I am thinking of buying a few for my sons and I. I have heard alot about the combo-guns and like the portability of the folding M6. You can PM me if you don't want to post it.
 
The squeeze trigger. The barrel selection firing pin. Having to flip the sight between which barrel was being used. Never found it "fun" or enjoyable. To each his own, your mileage may vary.
