Webley mk II prook mark driving me nuts

N for navy 73 is the rack number at least thats what some think it meens thats the marking on the back strap behind the hammer correct ?

That's right , the cn1 on the left side is canada navy 1st issue , the date on the side I think is when it left the British navy and went to the canadian navy 7.08 , sound right?
