It hasn't been tested in courts, so it's yet another one of those vague and grey areas in the law. When the Firearms Act was written, they didn't take into account modular designs. I certainly wouldn't want to be the test case for it.

North Sylva are the champs, they ignore even when the questions are basic and they have the answers at hand..... I'm pretty sure if IRG had solid info to provide and solid timelines they would let customers know.

Nerd holsters are incoming this month, you will see them in Canada before Christmas.

As for the ATF SBR-9 we are currently working at tendering out the production run. It is not an easy task given there is very little open machine time out there.

We will update once we have more information.
