West Coast M14 Support Group MAR 28 clinic *** WE ARE NOW FULL

Oh ya eh!
Start up the BBQ after I leave.
:(
Must be nice!
I know I'm a fat b@$t@rd when it comes to buggers but that's just mean.
:p
Oh well my at least I had homemade nona (grandmother for you non-italian peeps) Lasagna.
As for MustangFrank you owe large!
;)
I think we should hold a summer clinic and use his 300 meter ground squirrel range as a testing area once were done with "pinging" out our rifles.
Now that would be

So once agin,
with hands on experience in the REAL world,
Thomas has demonstrated exactly why,
with several hundred M14 builds between us,
we both recommend the inexpensive Chinese FORGED receivers over the expensive Sproingfield out of spec Cast [ ?Cat Sh!t ? ] receivers.

The last M14 seminar I taught down south at Custer had some near new/ NEW Sproingfields with serious QA issues as well.

1.] NEW M1A CAST SA BOLT replaced under warranty with DROP IN GI bolt,
no attempt made at lapping of lugs for proper lug/receiver fit.

2.] Used M1A LOADED with SS barrel, chamber cut too fast, burrs created rough chamber.

Yes, Springfield DOES have a warranty,
but NO,
they don't do Canuckistan so well.

Any one want to start a pool guessing the date when Sproingfield will make good on fixing these Canuckistan M1As under their warranty?

Guess the month?
Guess the year?

Winner gets a discount on a M1a SOCOM?

So maybe now we have finally heard the last of the "Sproingfield VS Chinese" debate in the battle rifle section?

Hopefully?

But enough of my personal pet peeves ...
the most important thing was another successful M14 seminar ...
Rock on Thomas,
Keep on keepin the faith,
[;{)

Hahahahaha! But my new M-14 stock with pistol grip and NO buttstock part at all is awesome for trench coat hiding. I got to hold it like a .45 pistol/Arnold Schwartzenegger style and walk around. It was awesome. All I need is a tactical sling to loop over my shoulder. :)

Laz , your folder is not ghey hehehe
It would make a fantastic truck gun for wilderness work situations and road huntin clear cuts for 4 legged critters.
What it needs is a stronger, imbedded attachment point and fold to the mag release side.... Then it's a gravy idea ;)
I have been r&d'ing and don't be surpised if you see a newly designed folder in the future
