What I would and did look for when looking to buy my action was that the port was large enought to eject a live round if it didn't go off for some reason. Also easy of cleaning. Looking back now, I think any action with the correct bolt face would have done the job depending on how pretty you want it to be. In the end it's more so boils down to how it's put together then what type of action it is. Everybody's budget is different but I'd probably buy a Stiller because of the replaceable rail for added MOA later down the road, the larger port with the 'V' cut. The bolt handle is generous but lightweight. The manufacturer seems to have his sh!t together in terms of build quality and the way he ships them is impressive also. They don't just come in an oily bag like some other manufacturers I know. That's how you get a Norc, not a $2200 action. Shame on those guys.
